Rajiv Mehta

Mr Mehta is the founder of Value Creators and brings in substantial years of financial and entrepreneurial experience to the firm. He has done analysis and execution of varied investment options & opportunities that include optimum utilization of both personal capital & planning/ arrangement of further capital and explore cash flow scenarios, return on investment (ROI), & develop relationships with various financial & capital providers. He is a large investor in various listed and unlisted companies across the sectors.

Abhijeet Mishra

Mr Mishra has extensive experience advising financial services companies and has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of several significant engagements totalling in millions of dollars. He manages the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance practice dedicated to Real Estate, Information Technology, Energy and Education sectors. He also heads the private equity services mainly advising PE fund managers in raising LP investments and secondary deal transactions.

Prior experience of Mr Mishra includes work within Capital Markets & Regulatory practice of Deloitte and Touche LLP, the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse looking after the Loans Trading and Credit Derivatives. He has also held responsible positions with other organizations such as Citigroup, Fannie Mac and Centre for Development of Telematics. Mr. Mishra holds Master of Science degree from University of Oxford and a MS. Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Texas.

S. Kakkar

Author of more than dozen papers and research works published at International conference, Mr Kakkar is a highly experienced and qualified professional. He has done various research projects on risk mapping, mitigation and real options analysis with leading firms (like BEL, DMRC, Fiat India Pvt Ltd). He has also filed two patents in leading technology areas.

Along with 10+ years corporate experience, he has facilitated 3 start-up firms in education sectors to make them move beyond breakeven point. He has been facilitating large banks and state boards (Bank of America, State Board for India), and candidates across the world for various finance certifications.

He has done Electronics and Comm. Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA in Finance & Strategy from IIM-L.
